With British Consumers purchasing over 60 million bottles of gin worth over £1.6 billion in 2018 and around 280 active gin distilleries (Mintel) we are seeing new and innovative trends emerging as brands try to compete in this crowded space. In 2019 only 50% of gin launches were unflavoured, compared to 80% in 2016.
